Shipping policy

Please note that we only sell/ship orders within the EU + Switzerland + Norway. We are working on covering more countries soon.

We offer flat rate shipping using different trackable services depending on speed & price, most often UPS. Orders mainly sent the next work day. Some orders placed before 1pm can be sent the same work day. 

Current rates:

EU/SWITZERLAND/NORWAY
- STANDARD: 200SEK (approx 20 EUR), typically 4-5 working days
- EXPRESS SAVER: (approx 35 EUR), typically next day - before end of day.
- EXPRESS (EU/Switzerland only): 500SEK (approx 50 EUR), typically next day noon

SWEDEN
- FREE: (typically 1-3 working days)

SWITZERLAND
VAT NOT included. VAT & handling costs will be charged by forwarder.

Please note that if you live in the EU, but in an area that is not part of Community territory for the purposes of VAT, like The Canary Islands, then you can not place a normal order on the website. In that case you need to create an account and then reach out to us and we will create a manual order for you.

Important Notice: Refund Policy for Unaccepted or Returned Parcels

"Please note that if a parcel is not accepted or picked up and is returned to us, we will refund the purchase amount minus the original shipping cost and return shipping fees.
